Education:
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-07: Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education or Superior academic achievement or Have a combination of education and experience that equates to 100% of the requirement. Responsibilities
- You will be providing retirements/benefits counseling to assigned customers in the Civilian Employee Benefits areas.
- You will make recommendations to supervisor, ensure recommended solutions are in accordance with latest guidance and federal regulations.
- You will mentor and train junior staff.
- You will conduct formal benefits and retirement sustainment training for staff as well as Staffing teams.
- You will prepare and conduct briefings regarding retirement and benefits for serviced employees.
- You will serve as troubleshooter for retirement and benefits issues.
