Education:
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level. The position has a minimum education requirement you MUST provide transcripts (unofficial are acceptable at the time of application) to support your educational claims. Responsibilities
- As a professional engineer or scientist/analyst, incumbent serves as an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Specialist, within the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Earned Value Management Systems Group, DCMA Cost and Pricing Command.
- Responsible for providing technical advice and assistance to internal and external customers on earned value management.
- Applies fundamental and diversified engineering concepts, theories, and practices to achieve engineering objectives with versatility, judgment, and perception
- Evaluates the supplier’s analysis of the problem and the proposed corrective action; and proposed changes in cost estimating and accounting techniques.
