You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity of NET SEC ASTFLD ACT.

Responsibilities
- You will provide comprehensive support and assistance on a wide variety of personnel programs, including staffing, recruiting, performance management, position management, and employee relations.
- You will initiate, monitor, coordinate, and track all on-going and projected personnel actions, maintaining official files and ensuring timely coordination with servicing personnel offices and management.
- You will utilize and maintain various automated data systems and local internal trackers to manage organizational data, retrieve information, and provide program services, reports, and procedural instructions.
- You will act in a confidential capacity when handling sensitive information related to disciplinary actions, investigations, audits, and staffing matters, often attending management meetings on these topics.
- You will assist management with the recruitment process, from identifying best sources to reviewing resumes and coordinating the arrival and check-in of new employees.
- You will use analytical techniques to identify and resolve a range of complex civilian personnel workforce problems, often developing new methods or recommending changes to policy and procedures.
